Returns & Refunds
We understand that every now and again things don't work out as they should. Because each of our plants are as different as each of our customers, we treat returns & refunds on a case-by-case basis. But be assured we're always happy to discuss how to put something right, whether that's an exchange or a refund or just some helpful advice.
Exchanges are easy, and refunds are easy. Often it's the 'return' part of an issue that can cause some headaches. Not always, but in certain circumstances we have no choice but to charge a collection fee to cover the pick-up and return of products that are being returned or refunded.
