Abelia x grandiflora 'Sunshine Daydream'

Sunshine Daydream is an Abelia with a compact nature but still possessing all the intense colour you’ve come to expect of an Abelia. Like a "daydream” on a summer day this variety presents an elegant mixture of color and texture that seems too beautiful to be real. Bronze, red and cream foliage deepens to burgundy during cooler months and smothers itself in creamy white blooms in spring.

Uses:

Great for low hedging along a path or as foliage feature for contrast in the garden. Can be grown in a pot or container. The variegated foliage makes a great contrast with the general green of many other plants.

Plant Care:

Easy care and hardy, Abelia Sunshine Daydream needs little extra attention. Grows best in full sun in a well drained position. Trim if a more compact shape is required. Fertilise in spring and autumn.
