Cut often to promote fresh growth. Pick young; use fresh. Ideal for gourmet kitchen gardens. Early spring or autumn planting. Sow 6 mm deep, 10–15 cm apart, in fertile, well-drained soil. Keep soil damp. Germinates in 10–14 days. Thin to 10 cm. Divide every 2–3 years.
