Care

LIGHT: Bright indirect light. May loose it's variegation in low light.

WATER: Allow top layer of soil to dry between watering. Don't let pot sit in water.

MAINTENANCE: Leave do attract dust. Use Plant Runner Leaf Shine to spray and gently wiped periodically with a damp cloth or even rinsed off in the shower. Fertilise once every month in spring/ summer.

TOXICITY: The sap from the leaves is mildly irritaing if ingested. Keep out of reach of pets and children.

The elegant Ficus Elastica Tineke or rubber plant is as a beautiful variegated variety, with big, beautiful green and cream splashed leaves. It will slowly grow in size allowing you years of enjoyment. The sizeable leaves of the rubber tree make it very efficient at cleaning the air. A definite statement addition to the plant collection.
