Hibiscus 'DJ O'Brien'

Hibiscus DJ O'Brien is a lovely upright, evergreen Hibiscus with a profusion of medium sized, semi double blooms of dark apricot, each with a carmine eye.

These are produced through summer and autumn off upright, slender branches with glossy, green leaves - it grows to 1.5 m tall and about the same wide. Best grown in a sunny, sheltered position where soils are moist, fertile and free-draining. Trim back in early Spring to help encourage new growth. Suitable for growing in coastal locations.
