Nepenthes talangensis (Barisan Mountains, Indonesia) - Highland Tropical Pitcher Plant

Nepenthes talangensis is a distinct and striking species found only in the vicinity of Mount Talang, a live volcano in West Sumatra. Growing mostly in elevated forests, it typically enters a climbing stage earlier than other species. Its pitchers are very unique and easily identifiable.
