Yes, this is the fabulous Pandan plant (Pandanus amaryllifolius) whose leaves are used throughout Asia for cooking. It has fragrant leaves which are used widely for flavouring rice, savoury dishes and sweets in the many cuisines of Asia. And you can also use it as a natural food colouring.
