SEED - Drosera aliciae - Alice Sundew - 15+ Per Packet

Drosera aliciae, or The Alice Sundew, is a charming African sundew with low-growing rosette form. Its bright green leaves are shaped like wedges and lined with striking crimson tentacles. This subtropical sundew thrives year-round, tolerating a variety of conditions, but is best suited for open, sunny, and boggy areas with peaty soil. It also has the tendency to produce clusters of new plants from its roots, quickly filling any container or creating a small colony. While susceptible to light frosts, it regrows from its roots and boasts large, pink flowers that bloom simultaneously.

Sowing instructions:

• Sow on top of growing media, either peat of sphagnum can be used.
• Keep pot in bright lights to full sun
• If sowing after spring ensure the pot stays warm (like in the house) through Autumn and Winter to ensure you don't lose your seedling before they establish themselves as plants.
• Keep the pot standing in water at all times so the seed/seedling don't dry out.
