Handcrafted Ancient Kauri Hair Stick/Hairpin/Hair Wand

Handcrafted Ancient Swamp Kauri Wood Hair Stick- A rare extraordinary statement accessory carved from New Zealand Swamp Kauri to develop its ancient deep, shimmering golden-bronze lustre.

Adorn your hair with an incredible piece of prehistoric history. This elegant, slender hair stick is handcrafted from New Zealand ancient Swamp Kauri, buried and preserved in peat bogs for over 40,000 years. Individually carved to a length of 20cm, it offers a lightweight and exceptionally sturdy grip to secure classic buns and twists all day.

The ancient timber features an unparalleled golden-honey glow and shimmering deep bronze grains that catch natural light with a near-metallic lustre. Each piece has been hand-polished to a silky-smooth finish to prevent hair snagging. A truly unique hair accessory that lets you carry New Zealand's ancient heritage with you every day.

Finish: Hand-buffed and sealed with multiple layers of our natural hair-safe beeswax blend.

Every piece is UNIQUE — no two are exactly the same. If you would like more in a similar shape, please let us know, many thanks.
