Epidendrum hartii

Epidendrum hartii is a distinctive and relatively uncommon species within the diverse orchid genus Epidendrum, belonging to the family Orchidaceae. Native to parts of Central and northern South America—particularly regions of Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, and Ecuador—this species typically inhabits humid tropical forests, where it grows as an epiphyte on trees at low to mid elevations.

Characterized by its slender, cane-like stems and narrow, leathery leaves, Epidendrum hartii produces elegant inflorescences bearing multiple small to medium-sized flowers.
