Be aware plants don’t love drastic change to their environment however, so some sulking or minor cosmetic blemishes ought to be expected. Even if you think you're providing ideal conditions, it may still take a while for your plant to adjust to its new home and begin to thrive.

But if at any point during the 14 days following your purchase you feel that something isn't right with the health or condition of your plant, then by all means let us know and be assured we'll sort you out for a replacement plant (if available), or a full refund.

If you have any concerns about a plant you purchased outside of the 14 days by all means get in touch, we're still here to help! But please understand, while we'll strive to help, we won't be able to offer a refund.

We understand that every now and again things don't work out as they should. And because each of our plants are as different as each of our customers, we treat returns & refunds on a case-by-case basis. We're always happy to discuss how to put something right, whether that's an exchange or a refund or just some helpful advice.


Exchanges and refunds are usually easy. But sometimes it's the 'return' part of an issue that can cause some headaches. Not always, but in certain circumstances we have no choice but to charge a collection fee to cover the pick-up and return of products that are being returned or refunded.
