Cilantro (Coriander) (500 seeds)

Annual herb with soft green leaves and a bold citrusy-parsley flavour, used fresh in salsas, curries, salads, and Southeast Asian or Latin American dishes. A slow-bolting variety that performs best in cooler weather, as heat can still shorten its harvest window. Prefers full sun to light shade and rich, moist soil. Pick leaves young for best flavour. Can also be grown for seed (coriander). Ideal for kitchen gardens and container growing.

Sow 6 mm deep, 15 cm apart. Keep soil damp. Germinates in 7–10 days. Thin to 10 cm. Sow every 2–3 weeks for continuous harvest.
