Culantro (Mexican Coriander) 10cm

Eryngium foetidum - also known as Sawtooth Coriander and Mexican Coriander, Culantro has a bold flavour that’s much stronger than standard coriander. This tropical herb forms a low, rosette-like plant about 30 cm wide, with stiff, serrated leaves that resemble a dandelion in shape.

The pungent leaves are perfect for seasoning, marinades, and garnishes in Caribbean, Southeast Asian, and Latin American cuisine. Culantro also dries well, retaining excellent colour and flavour for storage.
