The Fan Aloe, or Aloe plicatilis is a so-called tree Aloe that actually grows slowly into a multi-fanned bush to 2m x 2m. Perfect shape and easy in either pot or garden. Can take a frost and the bright red flowers in winter attract tui, bellbird, waxeye.
