Blue chalk Sticks grow in the winter and stay pretty much dormant in the summer.

To keep it happy and healthy, make sure it gets plenty of bright, indirect sunlight. Water your Senecio serpens sparingly, allowing the soil to completely dry out between waterings to prevent overwatering and root rot. To help with this, it should be planted in very well-draining soil.
